my brother somehow erased the mac software and after that he switched off the mac , once I opened it i saw a flie with a question mark in the middle of it , then i Went through some yt video and tried the cmd+r to get to the internet recovery part and it asked me to connect my wifi and after that the globe is just spining and at the end it shows apple.com/support what should i do help me please 🙌🏼

This message happens after attempting to connect to Apple services. If possible, try directly connecting to the network or check the settings for the router: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
