General bugs since updating to 13.3.1

Just updated my iphone 7 to 13.3.1 and now it seems like everything is slow to open and close, etc. My music won't stop cutting. I put it in dark mode so maybe that is the issue. I have shut my phone off and restarted. I've signed out of my apple music account with no success, etc. When I go to other apps they take a long time to open. So overall my phone is just not performing the way it did before the update. Anyone else have these issues?
