Iphone 11 Pro Lens Flare Issue

I am experiencing lens flare anytime i am shooting pictures or filming. Never happened to me with older iphones, but it's so evident in this one. Any help? it is a design defect? can some filters help?

I find absurd to pay so much a phone advertised to be so good for photography and have this results.

This is just a short clip i took, before put the new iphone 11 pro back in the box and switch back to the 6s:
