how do I delete an App that has no "delete subscription" or "cancel trial". or will apple let me know if someone is charging my apple acct. for approval? I'm still in the trial subscription

Canceling a subscription is your responsibility. Apple won't alert you. Not canceling is your approval to be charged.

After canceling, delete the app.
