Skype becomes default video call app for a certain contact.

ios 13.3.1.

For a specific contact in my address book, I cannot directly see the FaceTime video button under the contacts menu. It is replaced with a Skype video call button. If I go to Messages, the option to make a FaceTime call shows up. This person has the same iPhone as I do.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix?

Only Facetime video option allowed for some contacts Hi, I do not have the option to do Facetime audio calls for some contacts whereas I do have both options for the rest. These specific contacts face the same, they can do normal Facetime audio calls with their contacts but only video calls with me. Any idea what is happening here? Microsoft Teams replaces FaceTime in video calls started from Contacts Hello, On my iPad Pro running iPadOS 14.1 I have installed FaceTime and Microsoft Teams. In Contacts the video symbol now labelled with Teams and I cannot make FaceTime calls from a contact any longer. On my iPhone running iOS 14.1, Teams is installed as well but in Contacts FaceTime is shown for video calls. I have two questions: Is there a (hidden) setting which allows me to restore the FaceTime settings? Would it be possible to have both entries, FaceTime and Teams, available and choose when making a call from Contacts? Thank you, Christian
