My iPad Pro no longer connecting to Ubiquiti Unifi network

I have used my iPad at the local cafe for ages. Since last Thursday I have continually got an incorrect password notice when trying to connect tot the wifi. The cafe owner uses Ubiquiti Unifi and we get a numeric code to get access. I am using OS 13.3.1, but was having the problem with the previous 13.3 version. Today I was able to connect with an older iPad Pro, but still not with the newer one.

Any suggestions?

Hello,


Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
