Draft/send problem

All my emails go to DRAFT. How do I get my emails to send?

I understand emails aren't sending from your iPhone and are going to the Drafts folder. I understand who important it is to be able to successfully send and receive emails on all devices. I'm happy to help you resolve this.


It's normal for your emails to be put into a Drafts or Outbox folder when the email message wasn't able to send. I recommend starting with the troubleshooting steps listed in the following support article to help resolve your emails not sending: If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.


If the issue continues, respond back with answers to the following questions:


  • Do you have multiple email accounts set up on your iPhone? If so, are you experiencing this with only one specific account?
  • Which specific email account(s) does this happen with? (e.g., Yahoo, Hotmail, iCloud, Gmail, etc.)
  • Do you see any error message when you try to send an email? If so, what does it say?
