NFC and ApplePay not works

I have IPhone Xs, and the NFC, also ApplePay is not working. On my Apple Watch witch is paired with iPhone ApplePay with the same creiditcards works great. Is the NFC broken? I think, that the NFC dos't work from beginning and there was many updatst in this time.
