NFC will not work in the iPhone?

Hello could you tell me to Uzbekistan Republic and allowed NFC ?

Because I was told by some operators that NFC will only work in the android, but not in the iPhone yet because Apple has not yet given access

NFC works all the time everywhere. Apple Pay will not work in regions where it is not supported.
