Macbook-Pro Dual USB-C to USB-C Adapter

Trying to find a dual USB-C male to dual USB-C female adapter.

I want to extend my desktop to (2) monitors using the dock I already have. It's a Dell WD15 which is USB-C and and will only extend one monitor. To avoid buying a new dock, I am going to use one of my ports for the dock to charge and extend the first monitor. For the second monitor, I was going to use a USB-C to DVI cable. What I want to do isn't at all necessary, but I am curious if there is a basic dual male to female "hub" to make it like one accessory when I plug it in rather than two.

For example. Satechi makes several hubs/adapters that are dual but they all have some other dock or accessory with multiple ports. I just want a plug like this with (2) male and (2) female USB-C or Thunderbolt3 ports.
