Qr code is not rendering(blurry) when zoomed in pdf files

Qr code is blurry when pdf file is zoomed. It doesn’t matter which application I use(adobe acrobat, default app). I tried other devices like windows laptop and android device which displayed qr code perfectly fine. Is it a bug?

Screenshot from a pdf I took screenshots of a pdf that I’d opened in safari. In browser, I mean in pdf file when you zoom in it’s still very clear. The screenshot of it however gets blurry when I zoom in. Anyone has any idea whether this a normal and default thing or a problem, a sort of bug or error?

Mp4 clip has reduced scale I have an Mp.4 that I am inserting into a FCP project. When viewed independently in Quicktime Player the Mp.4 is fine and scaled perfectly when inserted into my FCP (Version 10.6.8) project it is reduced and zoomed (see screenshot). This is not an issue with the scale setting within FCP which is marked on "Fit". Also wondering what the insignia in the upper left hand side of the clip may be (marked in red) and if that is related in any way with this issue. Any help is appreciated.
