Does Apple send a receipt for Apple Music Subscription?

I've recently been denied a refund for a subscription to Apple Music that started in September. Does anyone who is subscribed to Apple Music receive email notifications from Apple with a purchase receipt for Apple Music?

I was told by a Senior Advisor that Apple does not send receipts for Apple Music charges.

Music subscription refund Apple support granted me refund for my music subscription renewal and said I'd get an email regarding it and confirmation details. Seems simple enough. So I have yet to receive an email let alone a refund but when I open the missing app I don't have access to subscriber content. They said it would immediately block access and remove my account it whatever which it did, of course, but wondering if I can get confirmation of refund or an actual refund
