Wi-Fi has line through it and won't connect

I am unable to connect to my decives wi-fi option, it has a line through it and is blacked out, I have tried almost everything from turning on and off to resetting all network settings and checking my wi-fi connections... is there a solution for this?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network


Just to verify, have you tried this with a different Wi-Fi network and get the same results? If so, go to Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure that is correct. Restart your iPhone and try once more:

Make sure there is nothing that could be causing Wi-Fi interference:


Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference
