Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I'm trying to share an icloud drive folder with someone that's part of my family, but the option to "add people" is grayed out on all my devices (even when I log in to icloud in my browser). See screenshots.
"Add People" is enabled in the sharing menu, but it doesn't show when I select share options.
I'm on the latest macOS and iOS.
Any tips and solutions would be appreciated :-)

Turns out I was trying to share a folder (a la Dropbox) but you can only share files... Hopefully folder sharing gets added to working features soon :-| Thanks anyway @donv and @tygb 🤷♂️
Puzzling! You mentioned "part of my family." Is the family member close at hand. How about using AirDrop? Or, file sharing? See below on file sharing.
