The keyboard and trackpad/mouse randomly freeze when using my MacBook Pro 16 (2019)

Has there been any solution found yet for the random freezing of keyboard and trackpad on the new MacBook Pro 16? I've read a lot of posts where people have tried different things. I've tried turning of true tone and brightness auto adjust. I've reset the NVRAM. I've booted into safe mode and back and I've reset the SMC. None of that has worked. When I'm working on my MacBook the keyboard and trackpad continue to 'freeze' seemingly randomly. Closing the computer and opening it back up does seem to 'unlock' things but that's only a temporary solution. I've also randomly seen a message about the computer being unable to find a bluetooth keyboard. I don't use or own a bluetooth keyboard so this is very confusing to me. Can anyone point me in the right direction here?

You have definitely already done some great steps to resolve, so awesome job there. I also want to share the resource below with you and recommend working through the steps there as these can resolve issues with the keyboard and trackpad not working.
