Just bought Mark Hollis album

Tracks 5,7 & 8 wont play

computer tells me to authorise - have done so but still no luck

Delete and redownload the songs which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

Purchased Music and authorisation of a computer. I have purchased a full album of music through my computer and the purchase went through. Now when I try to play or listen to a track it indicate that I need to authorise the computer in order to play that track. I re-authorise the computer but it gives me an error message and it does not complete the authorisation of the computer. If I plat the track under the iTune Store, it does play. Authorisation bug, won't play a track even though device is authorised. I just purchased and downloaded Blackstar (album) by David Bowie album from iTunes and when I try to play the title track (track 1) it asks me to authorise my computer (which I have done, it tells me after doing it that it was already authorised) and then plays the next song on the album. I try to play the first one again and the same happens again. I am in a loop that will not allow me to play a song I just bought. I am also in a loop with support. Apple has the worst subterfuge support pages that never take you nearer to a text chat or actual line of help. Please help.

Album purchase only authorisied 2 tracks Apple authorisation repeadily drives me insane, how many times do I have to authorise the same PC!? Today it hit a new low. I purchased an album from iTunes believing I would then own all track and be able to play them freely as I wished. During the download there were some connection errors but eventually I successufully downloaded all tracks and could see them in my local music library folder. However, when I try to play the tracks only 2 work. The other 8 say I must authorise my PC. I have followed the process to do this at which point it says my PC was previously authorised and has been reauthorised, but even after this if I try to play any of the 8 other tracks it still reports I am not authorised! What can I do?
