Is my phone secure or not .someone called said it was breached

That was a scam call. Apple doesn't make unsolicited calls. It there was a problem you would be notified when you attempted to log in (including when logging in to this forum). Also see: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
