link Apple ID to AC+

I bought an Apple Care+ plan to my phone. It worked for a year and when the card attached to the payments expired the contract could not be renewed.

I am from Romania. I followed all the steps, I spoke with 4 consultants apple and finally I received this suggestion:

Go to website mysupport.apple.com/link and

sign in with Apple ID. 

Should get a option to link Apple ID

to AC+. 

If it works you may be able to use

iTunes gift cards to pay for AC+. 

If it doesn’t then will need a US

billing info to pay for AC+

Obviously ... it doesn't work .

Unfortunately the subscription expires in 2 days and will not be renewed! What solution do

you have?

Why it is allowed to make an apple care + subscription if you can’ t use it.

Why are you allowed to do

it and after you are forced to give it up?

Yes, I know the service is not

available in Romania, but the initial card from which the payments were made

was also one from Romania.

What is the solution to this extremely urgent

problem, obviously for me?
