Had battery changed on 5s. Now I only see the logo for 15 sec., 3 times and then screen flashes reddish orange. Over and over and battery will not charge. Thanks for any help.

Did you have the battery changed by either Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider ... or by a third-party repair shop? Regardless, it appears that it was not serviced properly, and you will need to take it back to get this resolved.
