Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand that your iPhone display is frozen on a Switch Control, and I'd love to assist you.

First, try restarting your iPhone normally: Restart your iPhone

If you're unable to restart it, try force restarting it: Force restart iPhone

After it restarts, you can use these steps to adjust your switches, if needed: Use Switch Control to navigate your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
