Warranty not honored as they used to in the past!

Is it me or Apple has changed its warranty practices and no longer offer the top notch customer service they used to have in the past?. Today I took my iPhone 11 to fix a problem with the bluetooth which is not connecting to my car and since they ran a test and it showed no problems, they refused to help me or change my phone even the warranty is still good till November 2020. I walked out of the Apple Store very disappointed with Apple. After spending thousands of dollars on their products since I have many of them and I have been buying their products since their first iPhone I do not think I am going to keep buying from them any longer, they don't have the customer service I deserve specially for the price of their products which are not cheap at all!

Why would you expect any manufacturer to replace something which tests operating normally. The fact you can't connect to the car may be an issue with your car, not your iPhone.

Did you go through any of the troubleshooting steps in this Apple Support Article--> If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Also, what iOS version are your running on your phone? The current iOS is v13.3.1. A couple updates ago, Apple fixed some issues with iPhone not connecting to certain car systems.

Finally, if you are current with your iOS, have you contacted your car manufacturer to see if they can help you connect to the car?
