Cannot remove these items from FULL DISK ACCESS

Hi, there are two items on the list under FULL DISK ACCESS (System Preferences, Security & Privacy) that cannot be removed using "-".

They are:

• fpsaud

• PublicCharacterSearch

NOTE: I'm afraid that "PublicCharacterSearch" was a profile name that a Malware disguised as an Adobe Flash Player updater installed. I have removed 4 items using MalwareBytes, and manually deleted the profile from System Preferences. How can I delete it from this list? Where is this information recorded on my Mac?

Thank you 🙏

What do you see if you log into another Admin user account?

(If necessary create one.)

Just trying to determine if this is a computer-wide thing.
