Anyone have any experience using Zscaler app 2.1.0.190 (212223) with Mojave and/or Catalina? Connection keeps getting dropped. Do not seem to have the issue on High Sierra.

Have you ask Zscaler support or customer service about your third party app and compatibility issue:
