After updating my cellular data my iPhone 7 still said in update is required to use cellular data

After following the instructions to update my iPhone 7 to use cellular data, it still says error next to cellular data in my settings and is telling me I need to update my cellular data after I just following the instructions and completed the update. What do I try next to get my cellular data to work?
