Is it possible to go back to the previous update? I am not happy with the iOS 13. My keyboard jumps up to the middle of the screen and the icons have been reduced in size- just two of the frustrating changes I've discovered so far.

To increase the size of the icons, go to Settings>Home Screen & Dock, and the setting is there. Select More for the smaller icons and the ability to keep the Today view on the page, or Bigger for larger icons. More will display up to 30 per page, Bigger will display up to 20.
Apple does not support rolling back.
You can alter the icon settings in the menu to see if that helps. I know mine defaulted to the ‘more icons’ size but I was able to change it back to how it was before. I think its under the screen/display settings
