After upgrade of Ipad till IOS 14.2 the App Procreate works incorrectly

The most minimal mouse cursor of Ipad is too large now. It is not easy to use. I used the smallest size before.

 Applications work is complicated:

• Figma (using the mouse) stopped working - elements cannot be moved or edited, and movement using the "hand tool" does not work (the problem is both in Safari and in Google Chrome)
• Procreate: when exporting in GIF format, the background transparency does not work, but it is replaced with a light pink background (although the background was originally black).

What to do? How to downgrade IOS till 13?
