Blurred & and horizontal line on the upper screen

My upper macbook pro screen suddenly blurred and creating a horizontal line. Do you guys know what kind of problem this is? how to fix & the price for fixing this?

Contact Apple Support (Get Support link upper right) or your preferred hardware service provider, and make an appointment.

The folks can then take a look at this, and give you some options and alternatives, and prices.
