Hi i just updated the mac to the new Catalina
and all my microsoft word isn't working and my
print shop2 , cant open those docs anymore
im ready to throw my computer out the window
anyone have any help

FWIW, you need to upgrade Microsoft Word to version 2016 or newer and there is no Catalina compatible version of Print Shop.
