‘You have not completed the entire form’ error message when trying to complete Apple ID!!

I have factory reset my old phone and set up as new phone but every time I try to download an app it redirects me to ‘complete apple is’ and fill out payment method and details. I’ve filled in everything and it still tells me that ‘you need to complete the entire form’. Help please!?!! I’m going nuts. Thanks!

If you have completed all the required information, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
