I recently purchased a refurbished iPad. I’m trying to install apps on it and when I completely fill out the “complete your Apple ID” info, I get an error message saying “you did not complete the entire form”. I DID complete the entire form and it repeatedly gives me the same error message. HELP!

Hi demetria23,

Welcome to the Apple Community, where some of us do our best to help each other :)

Your Apple ID is the account that you use to access all Apple services,

and make all of your devices work together seamlessly.

After you log in, you can use the App Store, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, Apple Music, Apple TV+ and more.

To use the App Store or iTunes for the first time,

even if you are downloading a free App,

you still need to have a payment method listed in your Apple ID account.

If you already have an Apple ID, and have changed your Apple ID or Apple ID password lately:

You might need to update on any Apple services etc, including the App Store
