If I erase all content and settings, will the e-sim data plan be available?

If I erase all content and settings in rest option , Is the added or saved e-sim data plan will available or not???

When you choose to erase all the contents and settings from your iPhone, you will have the option to erase the eSIM or just erase the iPhone and keep the cellular plan.
