health stopped syncing from strava
I think after an IOS update and app update, health has stopped receiving data from strava. Last sync was 12th Feb. Any ideas on how to solve or force data over.

Hi. Yes strava did reply and where very helpful. There was an app update late this week which seemed to fix it. I did have to force the data though by refreshing my strava feed and now it’s all work.

Hi it was in the automated strava email. Anyway I have tried your suggestion but with out deleting the data in health. Hopefully with tomorrow ride it will appear however I think it is a strava issue as the app updated on Thursday and since no data has been transferred
Have you heard back from Strava? I am having the same issue from about the same date. I think this is an issue with the new feature that allows Strava to pull down information from Apple Activities. They appear to have botched it as there is a lot of complaining on Twitter as well. Would love to know if they've provided any information as this is pretty frustrating - a new feature that creates a problem.

Thank you. Have already tried that and am awaiting a response. Seems to be a data transfer issue between strava and Apple
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?
would you delete strava or health? Both Apple and strava in their supporting documents say not to delete app. It was working fine with last data transfer on 12th February
Delete the Strava app. What supporting documents are telling you not to do that?

Thanks for the good news. I've put a ticket in asking for help. Reinstalling app hasn't solved this yet, unfortunately. Glad you're issue has been resolved.
