Apple ID

I have two apple Id’s one for my iPhone and one was for a old iPod that had my music on it I’d like to know if it’s possible to merge all my music to the Apple ID on my iPhone instead of having two Apple ID’s

You can't transfer purchases between Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
