iPhone mic not working

Does anyone else have a problem where Your mic works with Siri and voice to speak but doesn’t work with anything else. FaceTime/calls, recording a video or anything else doesn’t work. I have done everything to try and fix it but I Can’t find the solution

Mic doesn’t work correctly. iPhone8 So basically for the last couple months my mic hasn’t been working correctly and I’ve finally decided I should figure out how to fix it. My mic doesn’t work for calls or voice memos but it does work for Siri, text to speech, and both directions of video. So I don’t think it could be a hardware issue but I also can’t figure out what’s wrong with it. Has anyone come across this issue before?

iPhone 12 Pro mic stopped working after 4 days My iPhone 12 Pro mic will not work for calls, voice memos or calls on apps such as WhatsApp or messenger. I’ve researched online tips and support of what I can do to get it to work again, but it’s no good. Has anyone been through this? How do I fix it? It seemed to work fine until last night/into today. Thanks. Matthew
