Iphone is disabled help me please

This started 2 weeks ago when my phone died and i charged it and then it said 15 minutes disabled i panicked but waited and put in my password everything was alright. now today it did the same thing but was disabled forever !! i know my apple id and password for my phone. every time i try to log in to my apple id for i cloud my second security pops up and it say enter code in number sent to phone but i cant get in my phone. I know my photos msgs contacts notes etc are backed up because iPhone likes to charge for extra storage so its full and i do not want to reset it !! Any ways is there any way i can go around this without deleting my stuff. Talked to three support people. Think the first one was kino he was alright but i had to go for a meeting so didn't help. Then Kayla who was horrible but then brought me to her adviser who started out alright but ended up being no help and clueless. Will someone please help me !!?
