So my iphone x is locked from my carrier so i cant use the phone when i go abroad. The contract has expired so they now have to unlock it, but the have deleted the imei from their servers, and the phone is still locked. Please help.

Unfortunately we can do nothing to help you. Only the carrier can unlock your device, if you’re eligible.
If you’re sure that the contract has expired and you paid off that carrier, I would insist and contact them explaining your problem, unless in your contract there was clearly written that you can never change the carrier.

Btw the contract has expired on 21 December 2019
I have my contract and it says that after two years, the phone will be unlocked. They know the problem, they can't solve it. They say only apple can. The carrier is Telekom Macedonia.
Locked iphone by carrier, they have deleted it from their servers.
