Here is what I have tried so far, sequentially...

Reset PRAM and VRAM

Reset SMC

Reset Startup Disk and Sound prefs

Safe mode - hard to tell if effective because sometimes it takes days to crash!

Apple Hardware Test - OK

Repair Disks and permissions

Reinstalled OSX from Recovery disk

I have an Etrecheck report that I will post below in advance...

Many thanks in advance for any help that can be offered!

I realize the problem may not occur for several days at a time, which makes troubleshooting difficult.

It's possible an incompatibility exists between Mail and one or more of the email services you're using. There isn't much you can do about that, except to continue to send those crash reports to Apple when they appear. Apple doesn't respond, but if they contain information useful to them they may address it in a future macOS update.

I've had Mail repeatedly crash multiple times a day for the last couple weeks. It's happening constantly every single day. It doesn't matter what I'm doing, or even if I'm doing nothing at all in Mail. I generally have it open all the time to keep track of incoming emails, or to send out emails from time to time, along with Notes, Safari, Bluebeam Revu, and Excel. And I'll often briefly have other things open. I'll generally keep the computer running for a week or two, then shut down or restart to start "fresh".

It's not a resource problem. I have a 16" MacBook Pro completely optioned out, including 2TB SSD, 2.4 Ghz 8 core i9, Radeon Pro 5500M 8GB Intel UHD graphics 630 1536 MB, 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4. I'm only using about 20% of the SSD. I have the latest Catalina, 10.15.5. I always update the first day any updates are released, maybe that's part of the problem. I have Parallels and Windows 10 Pro, but I don't use that for anything except a couple Windows only programs. I only use Mail in the Mac side. Same with Safari, Bluebeam Revu, and Excel.

For the last few months Mail has had other issues as well. For example, when blocking an unwanted email, it will often freeze for a minute or two while the circle of death stops Mail cold, forcing me to go on to something else for a while. I have two of 5 email accounts that work fine on my iPad and iPhone, but fail to work at all on the Mac even though the logins are the same on both.

There have also been numerous iCloud issues on the Mac, failing to keep Mail, iMessage, Contacts, and other apps synced. All of the settings and logins, etc. are identical on each of the devices.

I appreciate any help!

Another frequent issue: the Mac, and all 3 monitors will suddenly go black with out warning, despite my currently performing a task, and I will have to re-login as if the computer has gone to sleep. This is despite the fact that I am in the middle of a process. I could understand it going to sleep if there had been no activity for a period of time, but this regularly happens from time to time, perhaps every day or two, when I am actively performing a task, and all of a sudden everything goes black.

A related issue is that one of the monitors will frequently go black for several seconds then resume again. This happens several times a day.
