Broken AirPod pros

I bought the airpod pros which took almost 2 months to get here and when they do get here I try them on and there broken .. the right ear has a very loud static noice and I already reset my AirPods my iPhone and still the static on the right ear is there

AirPod replacement I got an AirPod replaced because it kept going static when you would put them on. But now the old one and new one will not pair at the same time. I’ve reset the AirPod pros 5 times and charged them up fully together but they just won’t work together. It’s either one or the other that can play music at once.

They were broken I went with Apple and told me to come back around 3-5 days to replace the right earbud but thank you for the reply

It could be caused by wireless interference. See this:
