Camera Sony Alpha 7 II not connected with Mac

Hello. I have a problem connecting to my Sony Alpha 7 II camera. I connect the camera via cable. All video files and photos are saved on the memory card (not on the device). My Mac cannot detect any video folders. Detects only folders and photo files. Original Sony firmware does not work on my device. They no longer support Mac systems. Sony wrote back to me that it was not their fault that I should contact Apple. I will add that everything works correctly on Windows. I changed the format of the memory card to many others, but the camera formats it anyway.

Have you tried using Image Capture.app
