iPad home page has disappeared
The home page on my IPAD has disappeared, can’t get email, Safari or anything.

Your Home page has disappeared? Are you suggesting that you have no App icons at all on screen? Try a single press of your Home button to return to the first Home screen.
If still having difficulties, try a forced restart of your iPad. Simultaneously press-and-hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears, then release both buttons.
