I have been using the Numbers to create spreadsheets. However, recently I have been unable to open the app. When I press my finger in the app, I can see numbers spreadsheets I have created. However, when I try to open any of them, or the app itself, I get a blank page and then the app closes immediately.
I need to create a new spreadsheet very soon for a presentation. How can this problem be remedied? Thank you for your quick attention to this problem.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall Numbers? Sometimes that will cure it...
If I delete the Numbers app then reinstall it, will I lose the saved spreadsheets that are in the current Numbers apps?
Not as far as I know. However, if you are really concerned then copy all your Number files to another folder just in case...
