hi, it’s worth noting if the 5w charger is working correctly, it will take about 3 hours and 45 mins to charge your iPhone 11 from 0-100%.

alternatively you could return the 5w and get the 18w usb c charger and usb c cable that Apple sells, this will charge your phone from 0-50% in 30mins and will take about 1hour 45mins to completely charger the phone from 0-100%

how many watts

are you using a genuine apple adapter and cable ?

also does the cable air properly in the dock?
