When I am on the new account page, I click the aol symbol but the page moves but immediately returns to the new account page ( instead showing the page where you set up account ie aol user name. password )

The error "Server is not responding" can be a temporary issue with AOL Server, an issue with your account, networking issue, etc.
Turn your device off an on. Make sure your device is reporting correct date and time; enable "Set Automatically" option if it's off. If you haven't done this yet, try to add account again using another Wi-Fi Network.
I tried adding by going to other and looked like it would work but now I continuing get error that incoming server is not responding. I have verified all is correct and continue to get error ( I had this before which is why I deleted the account other solutions I tried did not work )
