hi there just opened my emails up and all my emails had all disappeared and I couldn’t delete any new emails

I bought this iPhone 11 Pro Max Direct from Apple a nd I am sick to death of the shoes with iOS 8 13 every other week problems I have to restore my phone to get it to work correctly £1150 phone should work better than this 😫
