Unlocking my device

I’m on a cricket plan but I had ordered me a iPhone 8 off amazon and got it as cricket but it came in as Verizon I’m needing my phone to be unlock so I can put my sims card into my new phone please.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

Only the carrier can release the lock and if you qualify, not Apple.

Ask them.
