How do I get the mac to accept the Big Fish Game Manager download?

Downloading MacOS Ventura for a 2nd time. I am trying to download MacOS Ventura in my iMacBook Air 2020, but when I download it, it doesn't "apply the changes" and, when I open settings, it asks me to download it again, just as if I didn't download anything.

Available app updates are not showing in App Store->Updates Recenlty, I noticed that I'm not geeting any updates for existing apps in my MacBook Pro. I was using MacOS 12.6.1 and I noticed that one of my app was not working properly. Then, I checked that app in App Store and it was showing an update is available but the same thing is not showing in App Store->Updates. I upgraded my MacOS to 12.6.2 and then 13.1 too. But the problem is still persistent. I have checked few apps individually like Pages, Numbers, iMovies, Keynotes etc. on App Store and I found that updates are available but these updates not showing in App Store->Updates. Please help me.

You can't.

Big Fish Games are 32-bit applications and are not compatible with macOS 10.15 Catalina.

Okay, it looks like I'm having a little crow for dinner.

Apparently they have a workaround. This just released by Big Fish:

The game manager can't be installed on Catalina, since it doesn't support 32 bite apps anymore.

BFG have brought out 64 bit games to counter the problem. The Mac won't recognise the developer.

Perhaps I should have said how do I stop the mac rejecting the updated Games Manager because it doesn't recognise the software. I have included BFG manager in the apps to be allowed. BFG now producing 64 bit games.
