Latest Mac Pro configuration doubt

I wanted to know what type of configuration should i choose for the latest Mac Pro hardware in order to install two PCIe cards namely Blackmagic DeckLink Studio 4K & ProTools HDX?

According to the Mac Pro - Technical Specifications page, it comes with eight PCI Express expansion slots; four double-wide and three single-wide sots with the last slot has the I/O card installed. This should automatically allow for the installation of your audio interface PCIe cards without selecting any additional hardware configurations. I would select the processor, memory, storage, and graphics to your personal specifications. The PCIe structure in every Mac Pro will be sufficient with any options that you choose.
