so i have a problem with my apple watch, i tried to connect i with my phone but i could not do it because it said i enterd the wrong code, so now the screen says ”To many password failures reset apple watch and connect it again” so i did a reset but i says the same, what can i do?

put it on charger press and hold both buttons
-when it shows power off
-press deeply the turn off switch and choose erease settings and data
-keep on charger until You finish with this

It still says the same, but if i hold both buttons, wont it just reboot the watch?
Followed the steps but it still says that i need to reset it, because i entered the wrong code to many times, it has a red little dot at the top of the screen aswell
