Hello, laci lynne.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

From what I've read is that you're having troubles importing videos to your PC. What happens if you skip that specific file from the screenshot? Does the next one have the same message?

I would also review this article which has some steps that may help: If you can't import photos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer

I would also see if changing the video format would help: Using HEIF or HEVC media on Apple devices

"Importing this media via USB

When you import HEIF or HEVC media from an attached iOS device to Photos, Image Capture, or a PC, the media might be converted to JPEG or H.264.

You can change this import behavior in iOS 11 or later. Go to Settings > Photos. In the TRANSFER TO MAC OR PC section, tap Keep Originals to prevent the media from being converted to JPEG or H.264 when importing".

Keep me updated.

Cheers!

Hello, laci lynne.

Thanks for getting back to us on this. Were you able to adjust the settings in the link provided for HEIF or HEVC? To narrow things down, are you able to try importing either with another computer or iOS device?

Did any of the steps from this article help at all? If you can't import photos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer There are some good steps here including to make sure your Windows PC is up to date.

Best regards.

If the next file is a video file then yes but if it's a picture then no I don't get that message. The only time i get that message from a picture is if I took the picture while videoing.
