Card Invalid

Trying to setup my Apple Pay in the Wallet app but keeps giving me an error to contact my card issuer. Bank says it should work. Even their app points to Wallet. Sadly I’m unable to add the card. I’ve tried different ones as well.

I decided to download Google Pay, as I previously had a Samsung, and my cards were added just fine.

What’s with this Wallet thing not even working?

Phone is brand new (last week).

iPhone 11, iOS 13
